At Mind Bodhi, our mission is to be a catalyst for positive change and to empower individuals on their journey to optimal health and wellness.

How we got started

After discovering that many young people were developing bunions from wearing narrow fitting shoes to work, we quickly realized that this was a huge issue affecting both men and women.

In 2017, we set out on a mission to create awareness of the damaging effects that modern footwear was having on our feet, and to offer a practical solution.
