They held the extensions in great. Due to them being small (making them less noticeable), less amount of hair strands can be pulled through. It looks like in some comments people felt these wouldn’t work because of the size, but they do!
I accidentally bought the larger ones before these and not only could you see the larger ones, being so large made it uncomfortable to sleep on. With these small ones you barely know they’re there.
The only time I had an issue with the silicone coming out was while trying to pull too much hair through then having to retry with less hair. My own mistake.
I definitely recommend these! They held my extensions in great!
